and I can confidently press on the fact that majority of people haven’t heard
of this term. It is related to health and well-being and dates back to almost
20th century. Pilates is a physical fitness system brought to the world for
encouraging well-being of an individual. It is popular worldwide but is mainly
practised in the Western countries like Canada, Australia, United States, etc.

is pilates different from yoga?
Yoga is practised to improve the flexibility
of the body and the joints whereas Pilates is used to release the tensed

etc. Participate in such training will
