Today, there are people many people like Pilates but liking and teaching are two very different aspects. If you want to become an instructor then here are the aspects that you need to consider:

• First thing is that you have to enrol yourself in Pilates instructor course. There are two types of training school and the method of instruction in both are different. One follows the original traditional style and another one is dynamic style where trainers have brought in their learnings and have created a completely different style. You have to decide which style you want to learn and then further teach others.
• You have the option to train people who have injuries or you can teach individual or groups. You also have option to make sessions slow, steady, fun or fast. It completely depends on your decision which type of training you want to provide, same type of training you have to opt for.
• Then next is finding a proper training school where you can learn the Pilates instructor course properly. You can ask for the references from your instructors.
• The next thing that you need to do is observe your instructor and imagine how you are going to train others. If you are comfortable talking with others, touching them then you will find that the things will become easier for you.
